Until the COVID19 restrictions, I was able to help and visit my mom on most days that Susan wasn't there. However, once restrictions were in place, Susan was my mom's only help. She became my connection with my mom, letting me know how she was doing and what groceries/supplies she needed. The care Susan provided for my mom was excellent, but she also helped me, by being there when I couldn't. Both of them were helpful with any schedule changes, and were willing to work with me whenever I had a question. Unfortunately my mom's situation changed, and she had to move into Assisted Living, so we no longer need the help from Extended Family.
